HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Shipping time for all hair bundles will be 5-10 business days and no refund unless approved via email. Shipping will be calculated at check out. 

$9.50 for shipping  (for U.S. based orders) with a time frame of 7-10 business days/no refunds.

 

ARE ALL ITEMS USUALLY RESTOCKED?

• No, most items never restock so we suggest to buy all of the items that you love before they sell out!

 

DO YOU OFFER PICKUP OPTIONS?

• No, our company does not offer pickup options. All orders will be shipped via our mail courier to the address on file.

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY?
